Creamy pumpkin spice protein smoothie

All the cozy flavors of fall, blended into a protein-packed smoothie that fuels your morning and keeps you full.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic grass-fed greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin pureé
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 20g plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
