Creamy pumpkin spice protein smoothie

All the cozy flavors of fall, blended into a protein-packed smoothie that fuels your morning and keeps you full.
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic grass-fed greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup organic pumpkin pureé
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup soy milk
- 20g plant-based protein powder
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups ice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
