San Antonio, TX Methodist Hospital | Texsan held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the Methodist Heart and Lung Institute | Texsan Specialty Center, dedicated to heart failure care. This expansion offers patients a new location to choose from, further enhancing access to world-class care. Recognized in the community as the “heart hospital”, the new clinic completes the full spectrum of the cardiovascular program. 

Methodist Healthcare continues to be recognized as a respected and preferred healthcare provider in the South Texas community because of the outstanding team of nurses, medical professionals, and physicians. 

“This new clinic not only enhances our ability to deliver specialized heart failure care but also opens doors to new possibilities and collaborations to bring advanced and thoughtful care to more patients in need,” said Javier Amione Guerra, MD, Cardiologist at Methodist Hospital | Texsan.
